So about 6 months ago I embarked on a little experiment. I wanted to make my own Vanilla Extract. I ran out of vanilla from the bottle I purchased so I decided to crack this one a little prematurely. (My official counter put the ‘6 month’ mark at the 13th of May)
I’ll let you know how it goes, but from pure visuals, you can see just how much the spirits have absorbed the vanilla.
